WE AFFIRM THAT GOOGLE WORKPLACE APIs WILL NOT BE USED TO DEVELOP, IMPROVE, OR TRAIN GENERALIZED AI AND/OR ML MODELS. We will only collect user email and client name. This information is solely to identify user account details. We will use the user name as our username, and their email for autofilling the FROM field of the email. Users grant permission for this use and purpose. Under the Google API Service: User Data Policy, Blobfish AI states that: We will only use the client name for drafting user emails. Users will have the opportunity to review the email body, recipient address, and email title before sending the email via their Gmail account. We will store the user email and username as a user ID to allow users to store their to-do lists and target investors to reach out to. We will not share your Google user data with any third party. It will be used solely within our service, and user emails will be securely stored in our Redis database. Data Protection Mechanisms:Access Control: Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and is protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access controls (RBAC). Data Minimization: We will only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide the service, and will regularly review our data retention policies to ensure compliance. Data Anonymization: Where possible, sensitive data will be anonymized to further protect user privacy. Audit and Monitoring: We will implement audit logs and continuous monitoring to detect and respond to any unauthorized access or anomalies in data usage. Data Deletion: Users can disconnect their Gmail account at any time, and upon disconnection, we will promptly and securely delete all associated data from our systems. Blobfish AIs use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use.
